How to use “Move Partition” in Partition Assistant
To move partition, there must be an unallocated space besides the partition which you want to “move”, otherwise it could not be moved. If there’s no unallocated space you could use “Resize Partition” to release some unallocated space from the adjacent partition.
Step1. Launch Partition Assistant; in the main console you could view the whole partition configuration. Right-click the partition which you want to “move”,
Step2. In the pop-up window, position the mouse on the partition, drags it leftwards or rightwards when it becomes a cross. Then click “OK”.
Then it will back to main console, and you could view the location of the partition has been moved.
Step3. Click the “apply” on the tool bar to commit the operation.
