Step1. Launch Partition Assistant, in the main console, right-click the partition you want to format, select “Format Partition”.
Step2. In the pop-up window, you could reset the partition label, file system, and the cluster size.
Step3. After setting up this information, click “OK” and back to the main console of Partition Assistant, then click “Apply” on the tool bar to commit the operation.
In Disk Management (the snap-in partition management in Windows OS) you could not format NTFS to FAT 32 when the selection partition is larger than 32GB, but Partition Assistant break this limitation, you could format any partition to FAT 32.
